What to Wear for photos part one - couples and family

Its about time I post a "what to wear" blog post right? yep I thought so.

So this is part #1.
I will do another one for the ladies because it seems to be that the ladies are the ones that are really wanting to know what to wear. :-) (reason to shop? hehe)

I had a brilliant idea that I was going to use the site Polyvore to "simply" create a few outfits to show you and I would be done and be on my way. HA!!

There was waaaaaayyyyy to many options. GESH and to be honest I could only find a few mens clothes

SO, I did what anyone else would do . GOOGLE. found some that I liked and linked them back here.

*** these are just for suggestions and to give the visual people something to look at. :-) I know I like to see what things will look like and I know allot of others do too.
So of course with these you can change and put in your favorite colors and patterns. Have fun with it and just be the best of yourself.

I want to give a shout out to all the people that take the time to do these. Its hard and time consuming.

How stinking cute are these two? I loved spending the morning with them on that cold rainy day. We planned on have a early morning sunrise session in a field down the road from their house. Mother nature had other plans. But rain or shine we still meet early one Sunday morning and we just kept the session at there house.

Here are just a few of my favorites to tell the story of our rainy day walk in the wood and of course what everyone wants to see... THE PILLOW FIGHT!!

note to self: I want a bed of feathers to lay in... soooooo soft.

Inspiration- Winter

Just wanted to share some inspiration. Get your creativeness flowing.

I'm excited that winter is coming and I really want to do a winter session in the snow. (and lets not forget all the Christmas lights CAN NOT WAIT)
I'm in Florida so a white winter is not going to happen easily for me but I will make it happen.

Inspiration- color

This weeks color inspiration goes by many names... Purple, Plum, Violet, so on and so on.

I LOVE purple. Its flattering, regal, modern, or classic. So many reasons to love Purple.

A co-worker of mine has a little joke where if we see someone wearing Purple we sneak around ( and I mean sneak, creeping around corner and such:-) and look for someone else because " if someone is wearing Purple there is at least 2 others" because why not? Its feminine and just can go masculine. Guys wear Purple because well, for one, its looks good on them and to its not PINK. :-)

Inspiration- Theme

You would think being the 4th and all my today's inspiration would be more festive.

NOT!! (yes I just reverted back to my 10 year old self :-)

I opted to put something up that really inspires me- CREATIVITY

If I were to ever get hitched and one day I hope I do. I think I just might have a themed wedding!!!

Themes come in all shapes and sizes. Colors, objects, movies.... the list is endless.

This weeks inspiration is inspired by one of my favorite.... styles? Not sure how to explain it really.

And although I do not dress or decorate in this fashion I LOVE IT. Old world meets new age. So creative and inspiring. I love when people are not afraid to be themselves, and dress the way they want.

If I were to get married I think I want to do it in....

Inspiration- wedding colors

What inspires you? Its it a poem? Your family? Sunset walks on the beach?


For me,  its just about everything. Colors, Shapes, Smells, Laughter, love.
I people watch. I look through magazines... I read blogs :-) I just look at the world like I'm looking through a lens. Trying to capture every moment and store it.
I see inspiration is just about everything. I would consider it a creative eye. When I walk down the street and see a row of something I stop take a mental picture and then keep going. I'm sure I look like a fool but its just want I do.


So here is a wedding inspiration to help me get through the rest of the week :-) LOVE this colors!!!
