Tania and Todd- Gainesville engagement

They meet in college. He spotted her from across the bar and couldn't help but walk over to her... This love story all started one night at Sharab two years ago in downtown Gainesville were Tania and Todd meet one much needed night out from taking classes and has been together ever since.

I cant wait to here more details of their magical wedding night in Orlando this coming June,

Update and sneak peek

Hello Everyone,

A blog post is long over due, and I wanted to at least put a little something on here for the time being.

I will be blogging 2 sessions over the next week or so AND A WEDDING by the end of the month.

This is my first blog in 2013. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Slowly but surely my little business is getting up and going. My website will be done soon. I have a few sessions scheduled and coming up that I cant wait for and of course I will be blogging them. AND WEDDINGS. YAY!! I love wedding. I cant even tell you how amazing it feels when I get wedding inquires. I get a smile that last all day. If I could hug the brides that email me about them I could. I would love to capture the story of every ones big day if I could. LOVE THEM.

Speaking of wedding. I had a wedding on new years day. And since every post is prettier with a photo. There is a a sneak peek from Hillary and Jakes wedding... Be jealous ladies, those are her real eye leashes.

If you know me personally, then you know some of the heartbreak that has fell upon my family and friends recently. So this new years is dedicated to Sweet Holly. She left us way to early and was full of dreams and hopes. 2013 will be a year that I do not let my dreams and hopes stand on the side lines and and not let them pass by.

Olivia and Devin - Family Portrait

FINALLY!! :-)

Olivia asked me, what seems like FOREVER ago, to take family photos of her, Devin and the kids.
After a few re-schedules we were able to do a mini session and just in time for the Holidays.

Hillary and Jake- engagement

Guess who is getting married soon!! I cant wait for their New Years Day wedding. Its going to be so much fun!

I meet Hillary at Olivia and Devin's wedding. She was a beautiful brides maid and then I had the pleasure of meeting Jake at our engagement session a few weekends ago.
There two are so fun to photograph (nothing but smiles and laughter, my favorite) and I cant wait to photograph them again.

Meet Hillary and Jake, I'm shooting their wedding on NEW YEARS DAY!! I CANT NOT WAIT!!!

Favorite food friday- something smells fishy

A Favorite Food Friday is long over due.

This week not once, but twice, I have had baked fish. Once Salmon and once Cod but both cooked the same.

1 fish fillet
Parmesan cheese
salt
broccoli
Cheddar cheese
mango salsa


I coated the fish with the Parmesan cheese, sprinkled with salt and baked on 350 for about 15 to 20. I don't time it. I just went by look and texture.
at the same time that was cooking I boiled broccoli and topped with cheddar cheese
once done I topped my fish with mango salsa.

*I made the mango salsa my self. I just used a can of pre flavored tomatoes (green chili) in the can goods section and added mango. I would have preferred mango chutney but didn't have enough mango. still tasted great though. hints having it twice in a week.

Crystal - Lake City Portrait Photography

Crystal and I started talking about a portrait session months ago. FINALLY we were able to get a set date and have some fun.

Originally it was going to be her and her boyfriend Wesley. But after a post pone, and him leaving for work out of the country, we decided to have a just Crystal only session. I will bet a xmas present that he wishes he was with us because look how beautiful she looks.

Crystal was a trooper, working all night, waking up and waking up rushing to get ready. Then we had to trampler through a cotton field. (FYI, its allot harder to walk through then it looks. It hurts) While racing the sunset. literally.
But shes a rock start and a super model in the making.

Here are some of my favorites. We went for a model esk look and of course I cant re-frame from adding a few silly ones.  Enjoy
