Styled Portrait/wedding session - Gainesville Florida

I had the opportunity to photograph Ann a few weekends ago for part of a styled "bridal" session.
She's gorgeous and has hidden talent to be a model... no joke. she rocked it. Even in hurricane winds :-)

I've known Ann for.... a long time. Lets just say back in our wild and woolly days. I'm so glad she came and modeled for me because I had so much fun photographing her and my little styled shoot that I put together and meeting her better half Mark.

My vision was classic mixed with old. When I first laid eyes on these old Glass bottles I HAD TO HAVE THEM.. So thanks to my sister and a trip to the antique mall, my little vision came together.

Josi and Bucky - Gainesville lifestyle portrait photographer

How stinking cute are these two? I loved spending the morning with them on that cold rainy day. We planned on have a early morning sunrise session in a field down the road from their house. Mother nature had other plans. But rain or shine we still meet early one Sunday morning and we just kept the session at there house.

Here are just a few of my favorites to tell the story of our rainy day walk in the wood and of course what everyone wants to see... THE PILLOW FIGHT!!

Hillary and Jake - Wedding

Have you ever seen a black and white photo and then couldn't un-see it that way? What about a whole wedding? BOLD I know. Hillary and Jake have already seen their wedding photos in color (and it was a beautiful color wedding :-) and as I was making this blog post I couldn't decide wish ones I wanted to show black and white... because they ALL looked good that way...

Mia- 1 year cake smash

Guess who is the big 1? Mia!!!

This is my first, (and only cake smash)and boy I tell ya. A lot holder then it looks and STRESSFULL hehe. But I think me and the mommies pulled it off and got some super cute photos to charish  forever.
I am so blessed that Crystal and Jo put there trust in me over the last year and let me and Mia grow with each other. Mia in age and me with my photography.
Cant wait to see what this next year holds for all of us :-) Love you guys

Weinbrecht/ Hodges - Gainesville Family portrait

I love this family!!!

I have known Brooke since High School. We actually didn't go to the same school but we hung out with allot of the same friends. (neighboring towns)
That was many moons ago with ALLOT of stories to tell. Now Brooke is a Beautiful wife and mother.

MAN time flies.

Lee and Landon are two of the sweetest cutest kids ever... And Matt is the calm to Brooke's storm.

I cant wait to see what the next 12 years holds for them and our little group.

I am so glad that I finally got them in front of my camera for a mini session. These guys no how to ham it up and I LOVE IT!!!

Tania and Todd- Gainesville engagement

They meet in college. He spotted her from across the bar and couldn't help but walk over to her... This love story all started one night at Sharab two years ago in downtown Gainesville were Tania and Todd meet one much needed night out from taking classes and has been together ever since.

I cant wait to here more details of their magical wedding night in Orlando this coming June,

Update and sneak peek

Hello Everyone,

A blog post is long over due, and I wanted to at least put a little something on here for the time being.

I will be blogging 2 sessions over the next week or so AND A WEDDING by the end of the month.

This is my first blog in 2013. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Slowly but surely my little business is getting up and going. My website will be done soon. I have a few sessions scheduled and coming up that I cant wait for and of course I will be blogging them. AND WEDDINGS. YAY!! I love wedding. I cant even tell you how amazing it feels when I get wedding inquires. I get a smile that last all day. If I could hug the brides that email me about them I could. I would love to capture the story of every ones big day if I could. LOVE THEM.

Speaking of wedding. I had a wedding on new years day. And since every post is prettier with a photo. There is a a sneak peek from Hillary and Jakes wedding... Be jealous ladies, those are her real eye leashes.

If you know me personally, then you know some of the heartbreak that has fell upon my family and friends recently. So this new years is dedicated to Sweet Holly. She left us way to early and was full of dreams and hopes. 2013 will be a year that I do not let my dreams and hopes stand on the side lines and and not let them pass by.
